  • compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Duration of retention and processing of your data.

If you send us an enquiry, your data will be stored and processed for the period of time necessary to respond and resolve your problem.

If you make an order, your data is stored and processed until the legal obligation obliging us to process your data ceases (Accounting Act, tax law), as well as when the possibility of asserting claims related to the contract concluded by Poli-Farbe by either party ceases. Data of employees or representatives of the Client is processed by the Company for the duration of the contract between the Company and the Client and for the period of the statute of limitations for claims related to the contract.

In the event of a complaint, we will store and process your data until we have resolved your case, but not beyond the expiry of the statute of limitations for claims under applicable law.

In the case of the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, your data will be processed until you object and, in the case of marketing based on cookies, until you withdraw your consent to the use of cookies.
